ROAD UPDATE: Stagecoach Road is OPEN from the southbound side of Highway 154 (Ignore the Road closed sign). Northbound side from Paradise Road is still closed due to flood damage.
Stop by the Cold Spring Tavern and enjoy a hearty casual lunch or fine dining at night at this former stagecoach stop on the San Marcos Pass near Santa Barbara. Here you can appreciate the true ambiance of the Old West because, as if by magic, time stands still. Savor our traditional American fare including our famous tri-tip sandwiches, onion rings, and chilis at lunch or our dinner entrees featuring steaks, fresh fish, and game.
LUNCH – We offer full service dining inside our historic Tavern or outdoors in beautiful Blisshaven Garden (weather permitting) Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11:30 – 3:30 and Sunday from 11:30 to 5:00. Reservations are encouraged for lunch but are not required. We do save over half of our tables for walk-up customers.
DINNER – Join us for a fine dining (white table cloth) experience Friday and Saturday night from 5:00 – 8:00. You can’t match the ambiance or our unique menu anywhere else in town!! RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED
LOG CABIN BAR – The bar is open Friday 11:00 – 6:00, Saturday 11:00 – 8:00 with live music from 1:30 – 4:30 and from 5:00 – 8:00. It is open on Sunday from 11:00 – 6:00 with live music out front from 1:30 – 4:30. Come on up and enjoy the beautiful surroundings while sipping your favorite cocktail, local wine or beer. OUTDOOR BAR-B-Q – Tri-tip sandwiches are available on Saturday and Sunday between 11:00 – 5:00 at outdoor bar-b-q for $14.00. You can grab a sandwich and your favorite beverage from the Log Cabin Bar and sit on any of our logs or benches and enjoy.
DOGS – We kindly request that you do not bring your dogs up to Cold Spring Tavern. We cook outdoors and health regulations prohibit animals on property, other than service dogs as defined by California law. We appreciate your understanding.
We are an 1868 stagecoach stop and we have many gravel and uneven surfaces in order to maintain the property as close to original as possible. Please wear suitable shoes when visiting us.
